Laser Marking is the process of using lasers to leave a mark on an object. Laser Marking does not use ink or any tool bits on the surface. Laser Marking can be performed on most plastic (Peek, Delrin, Acrylic) and metals. Laser Marking is done precisely using CO2 and Fiber Lasers.
Laser Engraving uses a beam of light as the engraving tool, no actual machinery touches the surface of the object being engraved. CO2, and Fiber Laser machines are used on materials such as Stainless Steels, Tool Steels, Hardened Steel, Titanium, Carbide, Aluminum, Brass and Carbon Graphite.
Laser Rotary Engraving machines are equipped with rotary heads for engraving cylindrical objects with precision and efficiency. We maintain real time inventory control for all Blanket, Kanban and repeat orders, in addition to Assemblies and Expedites. We generate daily reports to monitor stock and release requirements. Our team is committed to caring for your parts from the start of the material receipt process, throughout fabrication, inspection and the safe packaging and handling of your parts.
In addition to cross country and monthly international shipments, RPI also delivers to customers directly throughout Orange County, California. Our team of delivery personnel are trained to appropriately care for your parts and to address any first level requests you may have.
