Warranty

We warrant the products we manufacture to meet your engineering drawings. We do not warrant the products to be suitable for any particular purpose or application or for specifications that are not represented on your engineering drawings or manufacturing documents. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied.

Quote Time Frame

Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders placed with us may be cancelled at any time, provided that the Customer is liable for costs incurred to the point of cancellation.

Lot Size/Quantity Price Breaks

Quoted price breaks represent manufacturing lot sizes; setup costs are amortized over the quoted quantities. When selecting an order quantity, note that you can specify split deliveries with up to 60 days elapsed time between the first and last delivery.

Order Push-Out / Pull-In

Orders may be pushed out or pulled in based on the following criteria:
Push Out – If no material has been ordered and/or no production has been started, an order may be pushed out up to 60 days upon request. For multi-release order lines, the last release may be pushed out not to exceed 60 days from delivery of the first.
Pull In – We will accommodate requests to expedite and/or pull in orders dependent upon scheduling and capacity constraints.

Payment Terms

All orders are per quoted payment terms. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% per month (18% APR) charge on any unpaid balances. Past due accounts may be turned over for collection and terms may revert to COD. Customer is responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

Free On Board (FOB)

All product is FOB from our facility in Santa Ana, California. Shipping arrangements must be made at the time of order placement.
